Is this right for my child's age?
Our mail club is specially designed for curious minds aged 4 to 10. For younger children, parents can read the letters aloud, while older children will enjoy exploring the facts and activities independently.
When will our first letter arrive?
We ship our letters during the first week of every month. Depending on your location, you can expect your magical nature mail to land in your mailbox within 5-7 business days of shipping.
Do we explore a new ecosystem every month?
We spend six months immersed in one featured ecosystem, like the Temperate Forest. Each month, a different animal from that ecosystem sends a letter, allowing your child to build a deeper understanding over time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course. While we'd be sad to see you go, you can cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. For our 6-month plans, you can opt-out of renewal after your current series is complete.
